Big run expected from Cebuano; RACE IN FOCUS.

6.30 Gowran Park Next Meeting At Gowran Our Gr3 Denny Cordell Lavarack & Lanwades Stud Stakes Day Handicap 1m4f ATR Card page 61 GOWRAN stages its last evening meeting of the year and the title of the €15,000 feature points towards the course's Flat finale in two weeks' time.

Confirmed stayer Bell Of The Ball, who landed her first win at Ballinrobe eight days ago, is hampered here only by a wide draw.

Leading trainers Aidan O'Brien, Jim Bolger, Dermot Weld and Michael Halford line up to topple the Willie McCreery-trained contender, but Pat Flynn's Hes Our Music could be her greatest danger after finishing second in a premier handicap at Dundalk last time out.

Claiming assistance 10lb claimers Conor McGovern and Donnacha O'Brien offer a huge assistance to their mounts Cebuano and Waver. It is O'Brien's 16th ride and McGovern's third, with the latter based in the Halford yard that has nurtured numerous jockeys such as Shane Foley, Gary Carroll, Marc Monaghan and Conor Hoban.

Difficult from stall 11 Bell Of The Ball's draw in stall 11 of 11 concerns connections as she likes to race handily and she will have a tough task from that box. One slice of compensation is being drawn alongside courseand-distance winner Notable Graduate, who also likes to be up with the pace. He is more experienced and following him could get her into the position she likes.

?What they say Michael Halford, trainer of Cebuano and Zarib We're claiming 10lb off Cebuano, which will be a big help, and he's well drawn. We're trying a mile and a half for the first time, but I'm confident he'll get it and I'm expecting a big run.

Pat Flynn, trainer of He's Our Music This mile and a half will maybe stretch him, but we think he's in good form and expect a good run. Ado McGuinness, trainer of Pivot Bridge He wouldn't want it to get much quicker than it is. I think the track will suit him a lot better than Bellewstown as it's more of a galloping track.

Willie McCreery, trainer of Bell Of The Ball We have a poor draw, which means we'll have to ride her differently. When she won last time we were able to sit on the pace on the rail - we can't do that from the wide draw - but the ground should suit and the handicapper has been fair to her. Jessica Lamb
