Big fine.

Kaliakra Kavarna football club were fined 55 000 leva by the Bulgarian Football Union (BFU) for failing to turn up for the match against Levski Sofia earlier in March. Kaliakra refused to play Levs-ki as a sign of protest against BFU's decision not to impose any sanctions on a referee that, according to Kaliakra officials, had been "openly biased" in Kaliakra's match against Beroe Stara Zagora. BFU's disciplinary committee also recommended that Kaliakra's share of TV broadcast rights be seized for "intentional disruption of the match broadcast" and threatened to send the club to a lower division for a repeat violation.
