Bid to target Tablighee Jamat Markaz, police station foiled.

ISLAMABAD, November 21, 2009 (Balochistan Times): Intelligence agencies have foiled an attempt to target Tablighee Jamat headquarter and police station at Raiwind. Sources told this agency here on Saturday that the purpose of this terror plot was to instigate the masses and to open a new front for the government and law enforcement agencies and also to put pressure on government. Sources also told that few days back at a Tablighee gathering Ulema condemned suicide attacks and termed it Un-Islamic. After this Taliban have turned against them and they decided to target headquarter of Tablighee Jamat and police station at Raiwind Intelligence agencies got the wind of it and informed the concern departments.
