Beverage pallet system for shipping cans, bottles.
The 44 x 56-inch NovaLock beverage pallet for the shipment of cans and bottles combines with layer pads and a top frame for a secure unit load. Injection foam molded of high-density polyethylene with double-wall construction, the system provides high impact resistance to reduce the risk of pallet damage, particularly from fork tines. Should the pallet deck and stringer bottom separate during usage, a lock-together function enables the pallet to snap back together under the weight of the load--without manual intervention. The durable, lightweight pallet is dimensionally consistent and compatible with palletizers, depalletizers, automatic strapping/banding systems, conveyors and existing pallets. Features include a flat deck to reduce risk of can damage; beveled bottom stringer for improved hand truck access; full fork truck and hand truck access from any side; and optional food grade material construction. The full system of plastic pallets, frames and divider sheets are completely recyclable at the end of their service life. ORBIS, 800-890-7292, www.orbiscorporation.com.
