Better for you organic pizza.

Better For You Foods, the Delray Beach, Fla.-based creator of Better4U Foods, is now certified to prepare USDA Organic products. The company recently released a line of organic frozen pizzas and is branching out into various organic products--including private label offerings developed for health-oriented natural foods companies.

The Better4U USDA Certified Organic Ancient Grains Pizzas feature a hearty crust made with three organic sprouted grains. The frozen pizzas come in two varieties: Organic Ancient Grains Cheese and Organic Ancient Grains Pepperoni. Both are topped with Certified Organic mozzarella, and the pepperoni pizza is made with certified Organic beef pepperoni.

The ancient grains pizzas are made with organic tomato sauce, organic herbs and spices, organic cheese and organic toppings. The pizza crust is made with the following organic flours: sprouted wheat, sprouted quinoa and sprouted millet.

"Certified Organic ingredients are must-have for a growing number of natural foods consumers," says Better For You Foods founder Jack Lotker. "This was a natural next step for our company."

To provide a larger audience of consumers with healthy organic products, Better For You Foods is now providing private label culinary services and product development for others seeking to create USDA Certified Organic products of their own.
