Bethenny Frankel Wants Full Custody Over Daughter.

"Real Housewives of New York City" star Bethenny Frankel now wants her daughter to stay with her for good, so she filed a lawsuit against ex-husband Jason Hoppy.

Frankel recently reopened her divorce case against Hoppy in hopes of getting full custody over their 7-year-old daughter, Bryn. This would mean that Frankel wants to dissolve the custody agreement she reached with Hoppy in 2014.

It wasn't clear what reason Frankel has to reignite their custody battle, but she could be leveraging on the stalking and harassment charges against Hoppy based on the court documents obtained by ( TMZ.

It can be noted that just two months ago the former couple reached a resolution in the harassment and stalking charges the television personality raised against Hoppy after the latter was arrested early this year for allegedly throwing some serious threats at Frankel at their daughter's school.

According to an NYPD spokesman, Hoppy got arrested in January after he threatened Frankel in public, saying, "I will destroy you, you can get all the lawyers you want, you've been warned."

Hoppy has since denied Frankel's accusation. He and the Skinnygirl mogul then reached a deal in their custody battle by agreeing to co-parent Bryn, as per ( Page Six.

On top of their co-parenting agreement, Hoppy was ordered to stay away from Frankel but he struck a plea deal in the case. He was asked to comply with the new "Shark Tank" host's order of protection for six months, and this requires having no communication at all with his ex-wife and keeping his distance from Frankel's house and workplace. Doing so would dismiss the case.

Following the dismissal of the case, Hoppy's attorney Alex Spiro issued a statement to ( People , saying: "We are pleased but not at all surprised that the charges were dismissed. It's clear from the trajectory of this case that her claims were not substantiated or credited, and the motive was questioned. Mr. Hoppy looks forward to moving on with his life and his daughter."

Frankel and Hoppy tied the knot in 2010, but announced their split in December 2012. Frankel then fired for divorce in January 2013 and it was finalized in July 2016.

The former couple are now expected to come back to court this coming January. Their lawyers have not responded to requests for comment.
