Benchtop XRD suited for academic lab.

Aeris, from PANalytical, is an X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) benchtop instrument that is easily accessible for everyone, featuring a built-in touchscreen computer and intuitive software. It is designed for low cost of ownership--it only requires a single-phase power outlet and never needs cooling water or compressed air. This XRD system is fully automatable and can be easily incorporated into industrial production control. It is available in three editions tailored to specific industrial markets, while a fourth version--the research edition--is designed for quick XRD scans in any laboratory. With its unique 2-D detector option, the instrument is also well-suited for the teaching lab. PANalytical Inc., 508-647-1100
