Bellmarc named to prepare budget.

Bellmarc Management has been retained as budget consultant for the Grand Metropolitan, the residential tower under development in Lincoln Square on Manhattan's West Side.

The Manhattan-based management firm will prepare and certify the budget which will be contained in the Grand Metropolitan's offering plan, due out next fall when the 305-residence tower at West 67th Street and Broadway completes construction of, according to Leslie Winkler, Bellmarc Management president.

The company will also consult on supporting documentation in the prospectus involving building maintenance and operation costs, she adds.
