Belgian Infrabel starts tender for railway construction work in Liege.

(SeeNews) - Jul 11, 2014 - The southeast branch of Belgian railway network operator Infrabel has launched an open tender for railway construction work in Liege.

The deal, divided into two lots,A includes construction and electrical network works for the Bifurcation Val-Benoit-Flemalle-Haute-Gare de Kinkempois rail line. Offers may be submitted for one or both lots. The contract term is 230 days from the award date. Infrabel will award the deal to the bidders who offer the lowest price, it said.

Bids or participation requests will be accepted by 1425 local time on August 28, 2014, according to the contract notice with document number 232983-2014 published in the EU's Tenders Electronic Daily (TED) yesterday. The bids must be written in French.
