Beck's Light introduced in four markets.

Beck's North America is now test marketing a new Beck's Light formulation in four markets--Chicago, Miami, Denver and Rhode Island. Beginning in October, the brand has been sold in six- and 12-packs of 12-oz. bottles off-premise and in 12-oz. single bottles at on-premise accounts. The brand is sold in a clear glass bottle designed with a special ultraviolet barrier to protect the product.

"Beck's Light offers American beer drinkers a truly unique taste, one that is smooth, refreshing, and clean," said William Yetman, president and CEO of Beck's North America.
