Beauty and the beach; Susan Lee checks out this year's best look for the holidays.
EASTER is almost here and with it comes the first of the year's big holiday getaways.
And with thousands of us setting out for sunnier climes -and preparing for the big summer holiday, too-the shops are packed with a gorgeous range of the very latest swimwear.
The big news this season is that little boy shorts have stepped out of the lingerie department and into swim wear to replace a lot of the traditional bikini bottoms.
They're sexy, still low waisted enough to get a tan but big enough to feel com-fortable walking down a beach in.
For those with to-die-for figures, teensy-weensy triangle bikinis are a hot musthave. Get them in scorching pink, cool turquoise or the zingiest of citrus shades.
For those who love a bikini but like a little less exposure, dress them up with a matching sarong or a kaftan top in cool cotton or loose linen.
Gel filled bikini tops are also big news this year and are perfect to add lift and shape to any figure while tankini tops are a good alternative for those less than confident about revealing a midriff.
Don't discount single piece swimsuits too which, although they may not give you an all over tan, will enhance your curves.
Add a pair of flip flops and a bright beach bag and you're ready to catch that plane -and the sun.
