You're only human if you find getting up in the mornings more gruelling than a Channel swimming contest. Shock your body awake with Lush's frozen shower gels.

The highly scented gel then melts in the hot water invigorating the body, while cleansing you from top to toe. In six different varieties, there's one for everyday of the week. Well . . . who gets up on Sunday morning?

A 50ml bottle cost pounds 39.50 and is available from Rackhams.
