Beach gone to the dogs; Letters.

WE have recently visited the Beach and Heart Park, near Meriden, and we were dismayed by the lack of supervised attendants and the state of the area.

There was evidence of dog faeces on the beach (ugh!) and the waste bins were overflowing and very unhygienic. This was a very expensive day out for the family and really not worth the entrance price and the "extras" we had to pay for.

Our advice to other families is to take advantage of our other country parks where you can stroll in safety just for the price of the car parking fee!
