Batelco holds video conference for CPISP students.

BATELCO is continuing to support the Crown Prince International Scholarship Programme (CPISP) as part of its ongoing commitment to educational initiatives in Bahrain.

Since the inception of the CPISP, Batelco has been a keen supporter and has donated significant funds to assist with it.

The company hosted a video conference for scholarship recipients taking part in the CPISP action learning programme.

The Complexity Theory conference was held at company headquarters, Hamala, attended by representatives from CPISP, Mumtalakat and Batelco.

It was held with Professor Paul Cilliers from Centre for Studies in Complexity, Department of Philosophy, University of Stellenbosch, South Africa.

This year's action learning programme also includes Alba.

The summer learning initiative teams up CPISP recipients with delegates from major companies in Bahrain to work on a real business challenge.

It is based on the concept of action learning, which is an educational process where participants study their actions and experiences to improve performance.
