Barry Callebaut AG.

A fire caused major damage to a Dutch cocoa processing plant owned by Switzerland's Barry Callebaut AG. Two of three floors of a plant in the central town of Bussum that produces cocoa powder were destroyed in the fire. The cause still is being investigated. Barry Callebaut is the world's third largest cocoa processor with a capacity of around 330,000 tonnes, after number one Archer Daniels Midland, at just under 500,000 tonnes, and Cargill, at around 350,000 tonnes, according to industry sources.
