Barkisland snap up the trophy.

BARKISLAND won the Oldfield Cup final with an impressive 115-run success over Meltham in the final.

Barkisland batted first and set 179-8, with Sam Senior (53) and Luke Bridges (50) both having to retire having made half centuries - a first for the final of the competition.

Meltham's reply saw them battle but they were shot out for just 64 as Jake Shaw took 4-15, Bridges 3-15 and Senior, who was handed the man of the match award, 2-9.
