British provider of financial services Barclays on Thursday announced it has launched a new, comprehensive guide to support its Philanthropy Service for its high net worth clients.
The first of its kind in the UK, Philanthropy: Your Guide to Giving, provides step-by-step advice and answers questions on all aspects of charitable giving. With tailored guidance and examples from experts in their field, the book is intended to complement the philanthropy offering from the bank which includes research, master classes and workshops.
Commenting on the launch of the book, head of Client Philanthropy, Emma Turner, said "We know that clients are increasingly looking to become involved in giving, but often face challenges in getting started, particularly when it comes to thinking about giving for the first time, what it means to them and the impact this will have."
