Bar manager named as rape suspect.
The 18-year-old girl was handcuffed before being assaulted at gunpoint in the men's toilets of a pub.
Scotland Yard took the unusal step of naming bar manager Finn. A spokesman said: "This man has been described as dangerous. Police would urge members of the public not to approach him."
Finn, 34, fled the Railway Tavern in Surbiton, Surrey, after forcing a woman to drive him to a rail station at knifepoint.
A cleaner later found the distraught rape victim in the toilets.
Finn is 5ft 8in, with short brown hair.
