Banter unveils Server version of software. (New Products).

Banter has announced the availability its Banter Server, an infrastructure platform that can be implemented at the enterprise level for CRM solutions and other software to accurately understand written communication and automate appropriate action such as responding, routing and filtering -- helping result in lower costs for online customer service and higher customer satisfaction. Banter Server is built on top of Banter's RME, its technology for understanding informal written communication such as Web forms, e-mail and self-service inquiries. By providing a system management layer on top of Banter RME, Banter Server helps enable organizations to speed their time to market and strengthen their return on investment.
