Bankers Trust selects Riverbank

Riverbank Realty Company has been appointed exclusive leasing agent at 345 Park Avenue South by the building's owner, Park Avenue South Armory Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Bankers Trust Company. The marketing and leasing program for the property will be under the direction of Chairman Bruce Mosler and Senior Vice Presidents Mitchell Konsker and Paul Glickman.

345 Park Avenue South occupies a full block bound by 25th and 26th Streets and is considered one of the premier buildings in its area. Current tenants include Herbert L. Jamison & Co., the United Nations Archives, C.E.S. Publishing and Strawberry! the high-traffic women's retail chain.

A block of 88,000 square feet of contiguous space with separate building signage, unique identity, a private Park Avenue lobby and an internal connecting staircase is available for immediate occupancy. The impeccably designed space was previously occupied by the former firm of Levine Huntley Vick and Beaver advertising agency and boasts an above standard installation.

Additional available space in the 12-story building ranges from 3,891 to 11,294 square feet. Riverbank is also marketing 8,800 square feet of prime retail space on the corner of 26th Street along with 20,000 square feet of basement storage which can be leased with the retail or separately.

The managing agent for 345 Park Avenue South will be Montrose Realty.
