INTERNATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP Eurosport, from 6am RICKY WALDEN looks a value punt when he faces Mark Selby in the second round of the International Championship, writes Henry Hardwicke.

Walden is an ultra-smooth break-builder on his day and should have no problem producing the goods in this event as he tends to save his best form for events in China.

The Chester potter landed the Shanghai Masters back in 2008 and added the Wuxi Classic earlier this year. The Stamina Man is relentless when he gets in the balls and although Selby is a grinder and is sure to put up a decent performance, Walden has a better chance of claiming victory than the odds suggest.

Recommendation R Walden 1pt 2-1 general
