Bank of South Carolina Corporation (NASDAQ: BKSC) has announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of USD0.10 per share on its common stock.

The dividend will be payable on July 30, 2010 to shareholders of record as of July 9, 2010.

'We feel good about our performance and the decisions we have made in this difficult and volatile environment. We are well positioned for the recovery and for what the 'new normal' will be in the future,' said Hugh C Lane, Jr, president and chief executive officer of The Bank of South Carolina.
