Bank of Scotland's Australia branch has priced an AUD1.4bn 2011 guaranteed bond.

The notes were split between an AUD250m 4.75 percent tranche priced at 55 basis points over the government bond and an AUD1.15bn floating rate tranche priced at 25 basis points over swap.

ANZ (NYSE: ANZ) (AX: ANZ), JPMorgan (NYSE: JPM), National Australia Bank (NAB.AX) (OTCBB: NABZY) and RBC Capital Markets (NYSE: RY) (TSX: RY) are acting as lead managers for the issue.
