Bank of New York selected by Mexican airport operator for its ADR programme.

AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION-(C)1997-2007 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD

The Bank of New York (NYSE: BK) has been selected by Mexico's Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte SAB de CV (known by its trade name OMA) as depositary bank for its American depositary receipt (ADR) programme.

The bank said that each OMA ADR represents eight Series B shares. The ADRs trade on the NASDAQ National Market under the symbol 'OMAB' and the Series B Shares are listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange under the ticker 'OMA'.

OMA, based in Monterrey, Mexico, operates 13 international airports in nine states of central and northern Mexico.
