NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 7, 2002

NeoVision Hypersystems, Inc. (www.neovision.com), the leading provider of visual intelligence software solutions for the financial services industry, today announced a licensing agreement with the Capital Management Group of Bank of America (NYSE: BAC), a leading global financial management and advisory company.

Bank of America's Capital Management Group will use NeoVision Heatmaps(R) to analyze real-time portfolio performance and manage holdings. Heatmaps are integrated into the Reuters BridgeStation. The Capital Management Group has approximately $300 billion under management and is one of the largest asset managers in the world.

Heatmaps provide a visual interface that changes in color as markets move by providing results of calculations based on proprietary positions and real-time data. Using Heatmaps, Bank of America traders will manage portfolios in a more efficient, cost effective manner.

"Heatmaps are extremely useful tools that are capable of showing live position information and performance. Bank of America is now able to look at real-time changes for its funds relative to the market. Other areas in the firm will also find this tool useful in their day-to-day activities," said Cormac Kinney, Chairman and Founder of NeoVision.

"Heatmaps enable Bank of America users to detect anomalies as they occur and react more quickly to changing market conditions than their competitors," he added. "We are delighted to work with Bank of America and other leading buy side firms to improve efficiency and performance."
