Amaryllis, a global leader in the complex world of payments between buyers and sellers, has announced that the company has hired Mark A. Bishopp as its new Chief Executive Officer, the company said.

A payments industry veteran, Mark will be responsible for Amaryllis' go to market strategy and global expansion plans.

Mark joins Amaryllis from Bank of America Merchant Services where he was an SVP holding the title of Aggregation-ISO Program Director. In this role, Mark had senior management responsibility for all aspects of global eCommerce performance while also managing a team of 3rd party payment model experts responsible for driving significant revenue growth in the marketplace and payment facilitation space.

With a vision to optimize the complex world of payments between buyers and sellers, Amaryllis has developed a payment engine to support 3rd party omni-channel and platform models.
