Galbreath Riverbank's Alan M. Bourne and Scott C. Coopchik represented the seller, AD 51 Company, led by George Transom. The 10-story, 42,000-square-foot property sold for $11.9 million.
Banca Di Roma has leased offices at 100 Wall Street for many years.
The bank plans to completely renovate the interior of 34 East 51st Street before moving in. This prestigious building was developed in 1922 and is located directly between the New York Palace Hotel and Mutual of America building at 320 Park Avenue. Michael Salzhauer of CHH Realty and the Americon Consulting Group represented Banca Di Roma in the transaction.
