Scope : Construction of the Bandirma II Combined-Cycle Power Plant in Turkey

Description : The 600-megawatt natural-gas-fired plant will be built on the southern coast of the Sea of Marmara, near the city of Bandirma. Along with construction, Siemens will supply the power equipment for the steam and gas plant, including a gas turbine, a steam turbine and a water-cooled generator.

Bandirma II will be completed in the spring of 2016

Siemens will build the Bandirma II combined-cycle power plant in Turkey, under a turnkey construction contract from Enerjisa, a joint venture between Sabanci Holding and E.ON.
