Band's new video is talk of the town; THEIR BUSY TIME Motherwell boss signs up to give'pep talk'.

Football boss Stuart McCall recently swapped MFC for MTV. But shocked 'Well fans can breathe easy - the Fir Park boss' musical interlude was a brief one, putting his motivational skills to good use in the great new music video for Motherwell rockers The Banter Thiefs.
The gaffer gives the energetic indie four-piece a dressing room pep talk in the promo for their forthcoming single called Swings and Roundabouts. He instructs the band to, "keep that performance going. A wee bit tighter, that's all we're after.
Get yourselves out there."
The Banter Thiefs - David Clark (guitar/lead vocals), Derek Watson (bass guitar/vocals), Keith Condie (guitar/vocals) and Darren O'Rourke (drums) - are all red-hot Motherwell fans, even penning the club's anthem for the 2011 Cup final, and were delighted when the manager agreed to take part, along with skipper Keith Lasley.
Derek said: "It was a great buzz to have them both involved. We had a really good laugh filming the video."
The Banter Thiefs have been together since 2007, with the current line-up in place for three years and have steadily built up a loyal following with a series of dynamic live shows up and down the country.
Singer David explained: "We are all in our early twenties and we enjoy all the aspects of being in a band. We specialise in high energy performances and tend to write songs about urban life."
The band released their eponymous debut EP in 2010 and have followed that up with a series of catchy tunes including last year's All Your Life.
Derek continued: "Things are pretty exciting for us at the moment.
This Saturday we're supporting The View at a sold-out show in Paisley and then King Tut's at the beginning of next month. In mid-March we're off to Alesund in Norway, where we've been invited to play at the opening party for their football season. So we're really looking forward to that." Perhaps Stuart McCall's Norwegian equivalent will give The Banter Thiefs a Scandinavian style pre-gig pep talk to get them in the mood.
