Banco di Sicilia signs lease.

As exclusive leasing agents for 250 Park Avenue, Robert L. Billingsley and David L. Hoffman, Jr. of Abrams Benisch Riker, Inc. announced the completion of negotiations for Banco di Sicilia's new long-term lease for 15,500 square feet on the eighth floor.

The lease has an aggregate rental of $8 million.

The bank, which is the with largest in Italy, will use the space for its North American headquarters. Patrick J. Gardner acted as consultant to the bank.

Abrams Benisch Riker, Inc. leases and manages the 500,000-square-foot pre-war office building for Vista Properties, Inc.
