26 December 2013 -- US bank holding company Banc of California Inc (NASDAQ: BANC) said that its board of directors has authorised a quarterly cash Interest Payment for the quarter ended December 31 2013 in the amount of USD .46875 per share on its outstanding senior notes (NASDAQ: BANC.L).

The interest payment will be payable on January 15, 2014 to noteholders of record as of January 1, 2014.

This Interest Payment results in an annualized yield of 7.5%.
