Banana yogurt parfait.

Ask an adult to help you make this yummy treat. (But watch out for monkeys!)

You Will Need:
Small parfait glass or dessert dish
1 small ripe banana
1 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt
1/3 cup lowfat granola or chopped
 nuts


Directions:

1. Wash your hands.

2. Peel and slice the banana in circles,

3. Place 1/3 cup of yogurt in the bottom of the parfait glass. Place 2 or 3 banana slices on the yogurt. Sprinkle a tablespoon of granola or nuts over the bananas.

4. Continue to layer the yogurt, banana slices, and granola (or nuts) until you reach the top. Now enjoy!
