Baltimore grocer marks 75 years in business.

Byline: Daily Record Staff

Hailed as a premiere destination for personalized service, local products and chef-prepared foods (including one of Baltimore's best crab cakes), Eddie's of Roland Park continues its year-long 75th anniversary celebration with an exciting lineup of summer events, contests and collaborations.

Founded in 1944 by the late Victor Cohen as a pioneering neighborhood market, Eddie's of Roland Park today includes two locations -- 5113 Roland Ave. and 6213 North Charles St. -- specializing in premium groceries, catering and customer service, led by second and third generation family members Nancy Cohen, Michael Schaffer and Andrew Schaffer.

In addition to in-store tastings hosted at the stores year-round, Eddie's of Roland Park is marking the 75-year milestone with a weekly office lunch sweepstakes, a series of unique summer events and a fall collaboration with the Jewish Museum of Maryland and Enoch Pratt Free Library.
