Baltia appoints new general counsel.

AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION-(C)1997-2016 M2 COMMUNICATIONS

Baltia Air Lines (OTC: BLTA) it has appointed George W. Kelsey of the Kelsey Law Group as general counsel, responsible for overseeing and advising the company on all business-related legal matters, the company said.

Kelsey specializes in all facets of aviation law, including commercial litigation. His primary focus has been aircraft-related transactions, such as aircraft sales and purchases, leasing engine and maintenance agreements.

Baltia Air Lines, Inc. (BLTA) is a New York corporation headquartered at JFK International Airport with a base of operations at Willow Run Airport outside Detroit, Michigan. Baltia's goal is to become a US airline in the trans-Atlantic market between major US cities and capital cities of Europe.
