Baltia Air Lines, Inc (OTC: BLTA), a US-based airline company, has entered into an aircraft maintenance agreement with Malaysian Airline System Berhad (MAS).

According to the agreement, all maintenance performed on the airline owned Boeing 747 will take place at the MAS engineering facility in Malaysia. The airline will maintain its own technical representatives on-site to oversee services at MAS facility.
