Bail of Shikh Wahid accused in killing security head of housing society cancelled.
Rawalpindi -- Additional and Sessions Judge Rawalpindi has cancelled bail in respect of Sheikh Wahid accused in killing a security head during a bid in occupying a housing society.
The additional and sessions judge Rawalpindi Amir Shahbaz Mir cancelled the bail of Sheikh Wahid after hearing the arguments from the parties concerned on Saturday.
The accused Sheikh Wahid and his other accomplices are charged with killing a security head Mohammad Yousuf in indiscriminate firing during an attempt by them on occupying Safari Enclave-11 on Adiala road on January 10.
Police failed to arrest the accused persons. The accused was granted interim bail after some days. The court had cancelled the bail due to non appearance of the accused in the court.
The accused was again granted bail by additional and sessions judge Rawalpindi and the court has cancelled this bail.
Counsel for family members of Mohammad Yousuf the victim argued that the accused is not ready to surrender before law. The accused is on the way to throw dust in the eyes of law deliberately. The brothers of Mohammad Yousuf are eye witnesses of murder incident.
The accused Sheikh Wahid has neither been arrested by police nor has he surrendered him before the law despite cancellation of his bail.
