Bahamasair and union meet over layoff concerns.
Bahamasair officials and the Airport, Airline and Allied Workers Union met on 7 March to discuss union concerns about layoffs under the airline's new restructuring programme.
Union members last week conducted a two-day sick-out protest that resulted in the cancellation of 82 flights.
The parties were originally scheduled to meet on 6 March, but airline officials apparently cancelled and rescheduled for Tuesday.
So far the outcome of the talks is unknown.
