Baderbrau serves up new bock beer.

Chicago's Pavichevich Brewing Co. recently announced the launch of Baderbrau Bock beer to select markets around the country.

According to the brewer, "the bock differs from Baderbrau Pilsener" in that it has hints of coffee flavor, created by using a chocolates-tyle malt."

Pavichevich Brewing, which is now entering its fifth year of production, is projected to produce 120,000-150,000 cases of beer during 1993. Baderbrau products are available throughout the Midwest, the Northeast and parts of the southeastern United States.
