Bacha Khan Khpal Rozgar scheme set to be launched from Feb: Finance Minister.

PESHAWAR, January 07, 2011 (Balochistan Times): Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minister for Finance Engr. Muhammad Humayun Khan on Friday said that Bacha Khan Khpal Rozgar Scheme would be formally launched from February 1st, next as all modalities in this connection have been worked out. He was chairing a meeting of Cabinet Special Committee on Bacha Khan Khpal Rozgar Scheme here. The high-ups of Finance, Industry and Social Welfare were also present on the occasion. The meeting finalized recommendations about the scheme and handed it over to Industrial department. Provincial Minister said that the scheme would be implemented from February 1st 2011 that would help in curtailing unemployment in the province. He said that the provincial government has set aside One billion rupees for the scheme that would ensure provision of easy loan facility to jobless youth besides providing other benefits to the people. Humayun Khan said that all the announcements of the government about the said scheme would be given practical shape. Meanwhile, Benazir Health Support Program was reviewed in another meeting and the Finance Department released Rs.203 million to Health Department for control Hepatitis C.
