Babble.net expands networking capacity.
Babble.net Group plc (OFEX: BABO), a provider of Internet-based communication services and software, has signed contracts with communications integrator Affiniti, part of Kingston Communications plc, and DediPower, a UK dedicated managed hosting provider, to increase its online capacity.
According to the company, the contracts coincide with a growth in visitor numbers and software downloads at the Babble.net website. During the past quarter the number of daily visitors to the website and downloads has more than doubled.
Babble.net has planned a series of product initiatives taking place in the second half of 2006 and it is important that the company has the necessary infrastructure in place to support these activities, said the Babble.net CEO.
No financial details of the contracts were disclosed.
