BXA AND NTIS JOIN FORCES TO DELIVER NEW EXPORT REGULATIONS! FIRST REVISION IN 40 YEARS

The 1996 edition, the first comprehensive revision of the EAR in more than 40 years, is scheduled to be available in paper copy on April 15th and in electronic format by April 1. The new online EAR is:
