 DALLAS, Jan. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Form 941, reporting federal income


tax withheld from employees' wages or other income and Form 942, "Employer's Quarterly Tax Return for Household Employees," are due Jan. 31, 1992, for the fourth quarter ended Dec. 31, 1991.
 Tips, annuities, supplemental unemployment compensation benefits, certain gambling winnings and third-party payments of sick pay are also reported on Form 941. Also, backup income tax withholding and Social Security taxes are reported on the form. Employers depositing all taxes when due for a quarter have 10 additional days to file.
 Social Security taxes should be paid for household employees paid cash wages during the quarter of $50 or more to each employee with Form 942. Other requirements may include federal unemployment tax payments for household employees receiving cash wages of $1,000 or more in any calendar quarter in the current or prior year.
