 BUSINESS RECORDS CORPORATION ANNOUNCES SECOND QUARTER EARNINGS
 DALLAS, July 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Business Records Corporation Holding Company (NASDAQ: BRCP) announced second quarter earnings of $2,594,000 on revenues of $21,378,000, or $.48 per share on a fully-diluted basis. This compares to earnings of $954,000 on revenues of $15,991,000 or $.20 per share reported for the same period last year.
 P. E. Esping, president and chief executive officer of the company, stated that the company's earnings improvements were due primarily to increased sales of ballots and supplies used during the spring primary elections. Esping also noted that the company's revenues from its governmental records management services had increased 17 percent when compared to the second quarter of 1991. He attributed these improvements to increases in the volume of real estate activity and increased services associated with the company's optical records management installations.
