COLUMN: BUSINESS PEOPLE

James P. Lucivero of Boylston has been hired as sales manager at Millbrook Mortgage's West Boylston office. He has extensive experience in mortgage originations for conventional loans, new construction, FHA and government loans and home equity lines, and he specializes in reverse mortgages.

Rhino Public Relations has hired Jennifer W. Shelby of Worcester as account executive. She most recently was a graphic designer with SEA Consultants Inc., and before that was with GZA GeoEnvironmental Inc. Ms. Shelby is a member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services and its Boston Communications Committee. She received a bachelor's degree from Boston College and is working toward a certificate of print design at the Rhode Island School of Design. Rhino is based in South Hamilton.

Workscape Inc. has hired Anthony F. Marzulli of Westboro as chief marketing officer. He previously was senior vice president of products and marketing for Workbrain Inc., which was acquired by Infor last year. Before that, he was senior vice president of global marketing for Citrix Software, vice president of software marketing for EMC Corp., and senior vice president of marketing for Lawson Software. He began his career as a systems engineer for Hewlett-Packard. Mr. Marzulli received a bachelor's degree from West Chester University and a master of business administration/health care management degree from Boston University. Marlboro-based Workscape provides outsourced benefits and talent management solutions.

Robert J. Swan Jr. of Paxton has been promoted to second vice president, disability income and long-term care for Trustmark Insurance Co.'s regional headquarters in Worcester. Mr. Swan joined the Lake Forest, Ill.-based company in 2001 as director of claims. He received a bachelor's degree from Northeastern University and holds the designation of associate, life and health claims from the International Claim Association.

Southbridge-based Savers Bank has named Eileen J. Piotroski of Union, Conn., as manager of its Charlton branch. She joined the bank eight years ago as a teller and previously was branch manager for Savings Institute.

Dennis P. Braun of Mendon has been named director of graduate and continuing education at Anna Maria College in Paxton. He previously was campus manager and marketing and recruitment manager of the Accelerated Adult Education Business Program at Becker College. He has also been associated with Middlesex Community College, MassBay Community College and Babson College. Mr. Braun is a graduate of Bridgewater State College and received a master of business administration degree from Babson College. He also holds master's certification in information technology management from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
