Flagship Bank and Trust Company has appointed Claire A. Napolitano of Lancaster as assistant vice president and marketing manager of its Gold Star Boulevard branch. She had been branch manager and assistant treasurer for Clinton Savings Bank. She is pursuing a business administration degree at Mount Wachusett Community College.

Catherine M. Benoit of Lunenburg has joined Workers' Credit Union as vice president/residential mortgage manager. Ms. Benoit has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Assumption College, and most recently worked for National City Mortgage in Leominster. She has served on the board of Our Father's House since 2004.

Paul T. Kenney of Framingham has joined The Training Associates in Westboro as business development manager. Mr. Kenney has more than 25 years of sales experience in the information technology industry, with 12 years in corporate and information technology education. He experience includes work with several Fortune 1000 clients.

Clark University has hired Daniel A. Pascone of Ashby as director of budgets and planning for the Graduate School of Management. Mr. Pascone will prepare budget and financial reports, processes documents relating to financial management and manage the GSOM computer lab. He has a bachelor's degree from Harvard University and a master's from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

The Willows at Worcester has hired Sharon Nolli of Shrewsbury as a sales counselor. Ms. Nolli earned her bachelor's degree from Clark University and received a certificate in management of technology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She has worked as product marketing manager for Quantum Corp., sales and marketing executive for EventPro Services Inc., and market development reseller and program manager for Digital Equipment Corp.

Lawrence G. Brown of Northbridge has joined Rockland Trust Investment Management Group as vice president and financial consultant. Mr. Brown will develop and maintain customer relationships. He earned his bachelor's degree from Providence College and has a certificate in financial planning from Merrimack College. He is a member of the board of the Northbridge Education Foundation and The Sandra Feinstein-Gamm Theatre in Pawtucket, R.I.

Jim Gardner of Sterling has been named the 2008 NAPA Boston Technician of the Year. He is the owner of Gardner Automotive in Worcester.

William J. Lynch of North Grafton and Susan Mailman of Worcester have been elected to the board of directors for the 2008-2010 term by the Associated Subcontractors of Massachusetts.
