CORRECTION (ran 8/31/2005): Don Lindsey has been appointed national director of sales for Industrial Publishing/Koke Printing Co. and will continue to serve as national director of sales for My Little Salesman. Also, Shirley Arnold has been hired as one of several commercial accounts managers for Koke Printing. An item in Tuesday's Business Beat column on Page B4 incorrectly reported the personnel moves.

Don Lindsey has been appointed national director of sales for Industrial Publishing/Koke Printing Co. in Eugene. Lindsey previously was national director of sales for My Little Salesman, part of IP/Koke. Also, Shirley Arnold has joined Koke Printing as its commercial accounts manager. She held the same job for Lynx Group Inc. and Shelton-Turnbull Printers.

Peter Asmuth will succeed Neil McNaughton as executive director of Serenity Lane, the Eugene-based drug- and alcohol-treatment center, when McNaughton retires next year. Asmuth, who currently serves as assistant executive director, first came to Serenity Lane in 1983 as a patient in its 28-day residential program. He began working there as a residential counselor in 1988. He earned a master's degree in psychology from the University of Oregon and has completed his MBA coursework at Northwest Christian College.

Sara Fraser, a Eugene real estate appraiser, has been appointed to the Oregon Appraiser Certification and Licensure Board, which regulates appraisers and their activities with the public.
