BUSES TO REPLACE SEPTA ROUTE 59 AND 75 TRACKLESS TROLLEYS
 FOR TWO WEEKS STARTING SUNDAY
PHILADELPHIA, July 17 /PRNewswire/ -- SEPTA today alerted riders of Routes 59 and 75 that buses will substitute for trackless trolleys from Sunday (July 19) through Friday, July 31, because of work being done at SEPTA's Arrott Terminal, Frankford Avenue and Arrott Street.
Route 59 operates between Arrott Terminal and Bells Corner via Oxford and Castor avenues, and Route 75 runs between the terminal and Wayne and Windrim avenues, Nicetown, mainly via Wyoming Avenue.
SEPTA said that the activity at Arrott Terminal is in preparation for major Frankford Elevated Reconstruction Project (FERP) work scheduled to begin in September. FERP will renew the elevated structure between Church and Dyre streets in Frankford over the next three years.
