BUPA turns to Pegasystems for customer care solution.

Business process automation and management company Pegasystems has been chosen by BUPA to improve its customer care capabilities.

Pegasystems will supply its customer management system to BUPA so that any complaints may be dealt with while also supporting the customer loyalty programme. In addition, with the new system BUPA will be able to deliver personalised and differentiated customer care and process management over the web and via a call centre.

The financial terms of the implementation were not revealed.
