BUNNY BISCUITS 90g softened butter 100g granulated sugar 1 large egg 200g flour Pinch of salt 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp cinnamon (a lovely Easter spice!) 1 Heat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas Mark 4.

2 Beat the butter and sugar together in a food processor or by hand until light and fluffy, then beat in the egg. In another bowl, mix together the flour, salt, baking powder and cinnamon. Then add this to the butter and eggs and mix gently together. Wrap the dough in clingfilm and pop in the fridge for an hour.

fo un an po bu than 3 Then roll it out to the thickness of a pound coin on a floured surface. Cut out your bunnies with the cookie cutters, then sprinkle some caster sugar on top.
