BUFFALO to Release RoHS-compliant Business Switches in June.

Tokyo, Japan, Apr 28, 2006 - (JCN) - BUFFALO will release 12 products that comply with RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) Directives in June.

The company announced April 26 that it will launch eight business switches, two PoE injectors and two switching hubs. All of these products are free from lead, mercury, cadmium, chromium hexavalent, PBB and PBDE, which are regarded as hazardous substances in RoHS Directives.

With the market introduction of these products, the company aims to contribute to reducing environmental burdens.
